A Recent Discovery

The principles of Beyond Chocolate work, without a doubt.  However, I've recently been focused on a more "primal" way of eating (google it!)... and notice that my cravings are greatly decreased when I am eating mostly meat, veggies, and a bit of fruit and yogurt.   The effect is so dramatic, that I am beginning to think I MAY never have HAD any kind of emotionally-disturbed eating disorder. 

How about you?

Hi! I found your link at a kombucha how-to post. Your last post here is fascinating! Did the Primal way work so well that you had no need to write here ever again? The post was so dramatic, it seems that way. Quite something and pretty inspiring! Would love a quick update. :D

Me too. I just found your link from the Kombucha site. Apparently your new way must ave worked....because you don't seem to be on here anymore! I will google your recommendation, but Im guessing it might fall along te lines of jorden Rubins Makers Diet and the Weston Price Foundations way of eating. I know that eliminating sugar is key to my eating problems. I think eating disorders are often just addictions/allergies to sugar....which is similar to alcoholism which is an addition/allergy to alcohol. And both are metabolized similarly in the boby. Good Luck....you are not alone for sure!
